Calculator, payroll and letter information
Calculator and company-payroll inputs are processed on your device. Employee names, PANs, salary values and generated documents are not sent to Supabase or included in analytics events. Payroll is not automatically saved in browser storage; an encrypted project is saved only when you download it, using the password you choose. Letter form progress may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days so accidental navigation does not erase it. On a shared device, clear entered data and downloaded files after use.
Romanised Nepali typing
Word suggestions are generated locally on your device using the Nepal Tax Toolkit dictionary, a fallback converter and a lazily downloaded IndicXlit model. Ordinary typing on both the Letters page and the standalone Nepali Typing page is not sent to Supabase, analytics or our application logs. Remembering word choices is optional and stores those choices only in this browser; you can clear them from the relevant typing controls.
The standalone typing page does not save a document unless you enable private draft recovery. That draft remains in this browser and is deleted when you disable recovery or clear browser storage. Avoid enabling recovery on a shared device.
The separate “Improve Nepali wording” action is optional. It runs only after you confirm it and sends only the field or passage you selected to Google Gemini—not the complete document or other fields. PAN-like numbers, dates, email addresses, URLs, common acronyms and brace-wrapped text are replaced with temporary protected tokens before processing. The correction is shown for review and is never applied automatically. Production correction is enabled only after paid-service privacy handling is confirmed. Google may still process ordinary request metadata under its own service terms and privacy policy.
Administrator information
Administrator email addresses, roles, template revisions and audit events are stored in Supabase. Taxpayer form entries must not be placed in template audit records.
Hosting, advertising and logs
Vercel, Supabase and an enabled advertising provider may receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs under their own policies. Advertising is kept outside calculator inputs and generated documents.

You can use browser controls to clear local storage and cookies. Contact the site operator through Finora Advisors for an administrator-account privacy request.
